Staff said Bret Schardein is scheduled to present the Human Services Annual Report to the Board of Supervisors on January 14, 2026. Chair Carol McDaid asked that CSB-specific data and analysis be provided to CSB members before the presentation so the committee could review and identify items to be emphasized.
McDaid specifically requested that the school-based mental health program be included in the annual report. The committee did not vote on any changes to the report’s content at the meeting but asked staff to provide the requested materials in advance so members could prepare any outreach or advocacy tied to the Jan. 14 presentation.
