Watonwan County board approves three personnel moves including two probationary hires and one end of probation

The Watonwan County Human Services Board approved three personnel actions during its Jan. 21 meeting. Commissioner Jim Branstad moved and Commissioner Dillon Melheim seconded approval of the probationary appointment of Karli Dellaca to Health Services Program Aide. Bill Miller moved and Chris Knoll seconded approval of the probationary appointment of Crystal Laxen as a Registered Nurse. Finally, Melheim moved and Branstad seconded a motion to end probation for Jessica Veenstra and move her to permanent status as County Agency Social Worker Team Lead.
All three motions were recorded as passing unanimously. The personnel actions were presented as routine items on the agenda and were approved without additional conditions.
