Watonwan SWCD removes 20% admin charge, sets new per-diem and purchase authority

Separately, the board authorized staff purchase authority up to $5,000 per invoice without prior board approval, including trainings or conferences not already in the annual budget, provided that either Land Management Director Dave Haler or Assistant Manager Carrie Schultz signs off. The purchase-authority motion was moved by Jordan Bergeman and seconded by Matt Wolle.
