Council adopts rollback millage rate, schedules Sept. 14 hearing

Council discussed other planned rate and fee changes in the coming months — including water and sewer rate increases and a new stormwater drainage fee — and then moved to adopt the rollback millage rate and schedule the required public hearing for Sept. 14, 2026. The motion to adopt the rollback rate carried by voice vote.
