Board hears construction update: ceilings, ductwork and change orders at library and media center

S6 told the board the team had discovered some consultant omissions that will require change orders and shared that exhaust and heating systems will be replaced in restroom areas and elsewhere as the project progresses. The presenter said the district will share costs where items were consultant responsibilities and that further details will appear in next month’s update.
