The Chisago County Water Plan Policy Team elected Dawn White as chair for 2026 and Robert Klatt as vice chair during its Jan. 12 meeting. Kurt Schneider moved to nominate White and Craig Mell seconded; the motion carried with eight in favor and one member absent. Dawn White then moved to nominate Klatt as vice chair; Dan Dahlberg seconded and the motion passed by the same margin.
The team approved the Nov. 10, 2025 meeting minutes after a motion from Craig Mell and a second from Ashlee Ricci. The agenda for the Jan. 12 meeting was approved on a motion from Kurt Schneider, seconded by Robert Klatt. Dan Dahlberg reported the County Board has approved a per diem rate of $75 per meeting for 2026. The meeting was called to order by Chair White at 3:01 p.m. and adjourned at 4:59 p.m. following a motion by Robert Klatt, seconded by Kurt Schneider.
