The Data Practices Policy updates were approved on a motion by Boucher, seconded by Buhs.
Administrator Reed requested discussion of moving the county’s regular 8:30 a.m. County Board meeting to 1:00 p.m. Several commissioners and department heads indicated a 1:00 p.m. time would not work well for departmental operations and preferred to retain the morning meeting time. The transcript records preference among DHs against the 1:00 p.m. proposal but does not show a formal motion to change meeting time.
The committee approved the recorded annual reports and policy updates; the proposed meeting-time change will require further discussion if brought back for a formal vote.
