Woodward County approves chip/seal and fog-sealing contracts, awards hauling bids

The board also awarded hauling contracts for county road material. Two vendors had submitted emulsion bids (Coastal Energy and Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions Inc.), but the board voted to table the emulsion bid for further consideration. The decisions were presented as part of routine procurement actions and carried on motions seconded and approved unanimously.
