The Wilkes County Board of Health adopted its 2026 schedule and approved minutes from its Oct. 13 meeting during the regular Dec. 15 session at the Wilkes County Health Department.
Dr. Keaton Mash, a member of the board, opened the meeting at 5:30 p.m. and led the procedural votes. Ms. Susan Bachmeier moved to adopt the agenda; Commissioner Shirley Randleman seconded and the motion carried unanimously. The board also approved the Oct. 13 minutes after Dr. Mash noted a correction: the first bullet should list Dr. Sarah Miller-Wyatt rather than the speaker earlier referenced. Commissioner Randleman moved to approve the minutes with that change; the motion was seconded by Dr. Miller-Wyatt and approved.
