Staff noted the previously approved garage footprint was 35 by 50 feet and the new dimensions would be 40 by 55 feet; staff confirmed setbacks and parking requirements continue to be met and recommended approval with two prior conditions retained (all proposed lighting shall be downcast and any further site plan changes require a hearing). "The modification does not alter site circulation, drainage or zoning compliance," a board member said when moving the approval. The motion passed by voice vote.
