Lemuel Hancock told the committee that about 200 housing units in Strasburg that were approved in 2006 are under development and are expected to come online by April 2026. Members discussed likely impacts on local schools, traffic signals, water infrastructure and water availability, and identified those areas as ones the CAC should monitor and review.
Members emphasized the CAC’s advisory role: to assist and advise on implementation of Plan action items and to validate and refine action steps for implementation.
