County renews detention‑health contract with Turnkey Health Clinics LLC

Chaffee County commissioners voted to renew their contract with Turnkey Health Clinics LLC (TK Health) to provide inmate health services for the sheriff’s office.
A commissioner said that, unlike reports from some other counties, the current vendor has performed well for Chaffee County: "These guys have been doing it for us for quite a while, and it just works," the commissioner said, recommending approval. Another commissioner described the renewal as "standard annual" business to ensure uninterrupted care.
The motion to renew passed unanimously; staff indicated the renewal continues existing scope and vendor relationship and does not represent a material change to services.
