Commission approves $3,880 continuous easement to Oklahoma Department of Transportation

Director of Real Estate Management Mike Sawatzky recommended the Commission approve a continuous easement to the Oklahoma Department of Transportation for highway purposes for $3,880. The request was reviewed by a Real Estate Management Specialist and approved by a Certified General Appraiser.
Lt. Governor Matt Pinnell moved to approve the easement and the motion was seconded; Commissioners Arthur, Fields, Byrd, Pinnell and Governor Kevin Stitt voted Aye and the motion carried. The action was recorded as approved in the meeting minutes.
