Assistant Secretary John Fischer presented the real estate investment portfolio report for the quarter ending Dec. 31, 2025. He reported a cash-on-cash return of 5.58% and a fiscal year-to-date return of 5.69%.
Fischer identified two unimproved land properties with negative returns and four properties yielding under 4%, while others returned above 6.5% and the Yukon Industrial Tract showed a 10.05% return after recovering underpaid rent from the previous fiscal year. He told the Commission to expect a drop in net revenue next quarter when the agency pays its annual insurance bill.
The presentation was informational and no formal Commission vote was required.
