During the business-items portion of the meeting the board approved several routine agreements and renewals.
Administrator Herzog outlined a public-health contract amendment: authorization for the public-health director (Michelle Wolf) to sign contract amendment number 1 to State contract 2024-0453 for public-health emergency preparedness. Commissioner Campbell moved to authorize the signature, a motion seconded and approved by roll call.
The board also approved professional services agreements for Kilometers Appraisal Services (referee services for the County Board of Equalization), hauling agreements with Pyramid Construction Incorporated and Small Potatoes Enterprises (not-to-exceed amounts described in the file, typically capped near $149,999.99 for annual hauling work), and renewed a memorandum of agreement supporting the public-health rabies program with the Woodland Park clinic. Commissioners said they had no substantive concerns about the agreements and approved each motion by roll call.
