County clerk: Naylor & Breen work to start Oct. 13; loan in place

The clerk noted the town is finalizing how it will request cash and that preliminary cash-flow estimates indicate the loan funds likely will not be required until December.
"We do have a tentative start date of October 13 from Naylor and Breen," the county clerk said, adding that the town will hold final on-site meetings in the next two weeks and will provide more detailed cash-flow breakdowns at a subsequent meeting. She said the paperwork is in order and that the town will finalize the process for requesting loan disbursements.
Board members thanked the clerk for the update and asked that more detailed schedules and cash-flow information be provided at an upcoming meeting so the board can coordinate approvals and requests for disbursement when the work is ready to proceed.
