"Please take this opportunity to contact an authorized Freightliner dealer to arrange to have recalls performed for your charity," Committee member (S1) read from the notice; members discussed whether the invoice in the town folder would identify the specific component and agreed staff should check records and follow up with the vendor and repair shop to determine eligibility for reimbursement.
Staff member (S4) volunteered to check with the repair shop (Earl's) and the board asked Amanda or Patty to look for invoices so they can determine whether to pursue reimbursement from the dealer.
