The Board adopted Resolution Number 012-25 on Feb. 12 to adopt the revised Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan for Clermont Transportation Connection and authorized the president (or a designee) to execute the signature page certified by the Ohio Department of Transit.
The resolution formalizes the agency’s safety plan previously approved on Jan. 18, 2023, and affirms county signatory authority for required certification. The Board voted unanimously to adopt the revised safety plan.
