During the public participation segment on Feb. 5, Jodie Wilson said she was engaged by Commissioner Painter during a recess at the Jan. 29 session and that she raised her hands to signal for the interaction to stop. Wilson told the Board she received her public records request from the Board’s attorney rather than the Board’s office and said she would continue to attend meetings.
Wilson also said the Jan. 22, 2025 minutes contained errors — including a misspelling of an individual named Stober and her own name appearing as 'Ms. Stober' — and later provided the Clerk with a copy of the minutes with the errors highlighted. The Board recorded her comments; no formal disciplinary or corrective actions were announced in the Feb. 5 session.
