Residents urge county action after animal shelter distress; call for opposition to SB 56

Tracy Hawkins, also of Union Township, described the shelter as "clearly in distress," offered her assistance and provided a list of agencies she works with to help the shelter. The Board took the comments under advisement; no formal action was recorded on the public comment items.
