Several board members reported difficulties with the platform: Dr. Andrea Weed said she experienced technical problems uploading CME documents and cited long support wait times; Dr. Paul Janda reported receiving similar practitioner feedback. Dr. Henry Lok said he created a screenshot‑based PDF guide for uploading transcripts, tested it successfully with a senior board member, and granted permission for the Board to post the guide and share it with CE Broker for review.
