The supplemental appropriations included a $45,000 recorder supplemental and other targeted changes. The cash advance was recorded with the note that the Health Insurance Fund is "in need of cash to cover runoff and timing of CEBCO/Anthem invoices" and that the advance "Will Repay as Revenues Permit." Commissioners voted unanimously to approve the financial actions under Ohio Revised Code Section 5705.40.
