FPDR staff gave a high-level update on the database replacement and related Wells Fargo work. Staff said the firewall upgrade (phase 1) is complete and that the phase 2 effort to upgrade the .NET framework and complete user acceptance testing is on track for end of August, though testers have found a few issues.
Phase 3, which will create the interface between Wells Fargo and FPDR systems and is expected to start in September, was described as a continuation of the Wells Fargo project and is projected to complete in December. Staff cautioned that extensive workshop documentation and staff time demands create a small risk that the schedule could shift into January, and they said they will provide a more detailed update at the September meeting.
