The Connoquenessing Borough Council approved routine administrative items at its Sept. 2 meeting. Kelly Barton moved to approve the August 2025 meeting minutes with Francis Smith seconding; the motion passed. Kelly moved to approve the submitted July 2025 Treasurer’s Report with David Smith seconding; that motion passed. Francis Smith moved and Kelly Barton seconded approval of the submitted bills; the motion carried.
Council also recorded an automatic deposit of $517.23 from Shipley Well R.E. gas royalty into the borough account. The Streets Committee reviewed a road-seal portion of a repair project completed by Russell Standard and will request a quote to address streets in Leslie Farms. The Park Committee discussed drainage work and tree issues. Council noted a Butler County Association meeting on Oct. 16 at 6 p.m. and adjourned at 8:04 p.m. on a motion by Francis and a second by Kelly.
