Secretary Dan Whitmarsh presented the consent agenda containing routine March CLO expenses and leasing activity and recommended approval; Commissioners voted unanimously to approve the items. Whitmarsh then provided financial information noting that for March 2026 the CLO distributed over $14.8 million versus $13.7 million in March 2025 and that FY26 year-to-date remains roughly $2 million below FY25, though March mineral auction receipts of approximately $8,000,000 have improved the position.
Whitmarsh advised that the March claims listing totaled $1,009,811.60 and presented year-to-date budget figures and remaining balances for personnel, professional services, travel and supplies. He said CRE will present 2027 budget projections in a future quarterly report.
