Land Office approves multiple continuous easements to Oklahoma Department of Transportation
Summary
The Commissioners unanimously approved four continuous easements to ODOT across Beaver, Grant and Kay counties (10162–10166) for highway purposes with total payments ranging from $980 to $12,641 on May 14, 2026.
Assistant Secretary John Fischer presented recommendations to issue continuous easements to the Oklahoma Department of Transportation for highway purposes. The board approved easements 10162 and 10163 in Beaver County for $1,020 and $980, respectively, easement 10164 in Grant County for $12,180, and easements 10165 and 10166 in Kay County for $12,641 and $8,400. All were reviewed by the Real Estate Management Specialist and approved by internal CLO appraisers.
Commissioners moved and seconded the recommended actions and recorded unanimous approval for each easement. Fischer commented that staff had had and answered questions about valuations prior to the motions.
