Assistant Secretary John Fischer presented a package of continuous easement requests from the Oklahoma Department of Transportation related to highway widening projects. The Commission approved three Highway 11 easements (Easement 10149 — 1.38 acres — $9,800; Easement 10150 — 1.70 acres — $12,100; Easement 10151 — 0.16 acres — $1,200) and later approved multiple Highway 6 easements (10152–10157) with appraised amounts of $1,162; $928; $2,303; $624; $2,345; and $2,938 respectively.
Each request was reviewed by CLO Real Estate staff and approved by a Certified General Appraiser before being recommended for approval. Motions to approve the easements were seconded and passed by unanimous voice votes of the Commissioners present.
