Board agrees to cancel old building codes and submit revised key/code list to town administrator

Board members reviewed which building keys and access codes should be canceled and who should retain master access. Members proposed removing codes for former users (including Chris Beard, John Weather... and Bill Reed) and adding current staff/officials (Robin, Isaac, Chuck and Philip). The group discussed the mechanics of cancelling and reassigning codes, collecting returned keys, and whether highway employees needed separate codes for off-hours restroom access.

The Chair moved that the board submit a revised list to Patty to order keys and set codes; a member seconded the motion and the board approved the action. Members emphasized tracking the master code and keeping the physical card and key assignments logged. The board also discussed practical issues such as shared codes, whether people should pick their own numeric code, and how to manage temporary access during winter months.
