Clermont County names full roster for Criminal Justice Coordinating Council through 2028

On Feb. 26, 2025 the Board of County Commissioners approved appointments and reappointments to the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC), publishing an updated membership roster with terms through Dec. 31, 2028.
The updated list includes Thomas J. Eigel (County Administrator or designee), Commissioner David L. Painter (County Commissioner), Bernard Boerger (County Jail Administrator), Judge Kevin T. Miles (Court of Common Pleas, Administrative Judge), Anita M. Bechmann (Municipal Court Administrative Judge), County Public Defender Stephen Haynes, and County Sheriff Chris Stratton, among many others. The resolution states that, in the event of a vacancy, remaining members will appoint a replacement who complies with O.R.C. 5149.34 to serve the remainder of the term.
The Board recorded the appointments and the terms; the vote approving the resolution was recorded as Corcoran Yes, Batchler Yes, Painter Absent.
