Board holds executive session on personnel and property matters, returns with no action
Summary
On Feb. 10 the Board moved into executive session under Ohio Revised Code sections 121.22(G)(1) and (G)(2) to consider personnel compensation and property disposition; the Board returned after about 30 minutes and reported that no action or decisions were made.
At 10:09 a.m. on Feb. 10, Commissioner Claire B. Corcoran moved and Commissioner Bonnie J. Batchler seconded to go into executive session pursuant to Ohio Revised Code section 121.22(G)(1) to consider the employment or compensation of public employees and (G)(2) to consider the sale or disposition of property when premature disclosure could give a competitive or bargaining advantage. The motion passed on roll call and the Board recessed into executive session.
The Board returned to regular session at 10:39 a.m. and recorded that it had considered personnel and property matters but took no action and made no decisions during the executive session. The regular session was adjourned at 10:40 a.m. by unanimous roll call.
