The Board approved execution of a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) between Clermont County and the Fraternal Order of Police, Ohio Labor Council, Inc., covering Emergency Resource Supervisor bargaining unit employees for the 2025 calendar year. The action authorizes the Human Resources Department to prepare and process personnel actions to adjust rates of pay pursuant to Article 22 (Wages) of the agreement.
The motion carried on a roll call vote with Commissioners Batchler and Corcoran voting yes and Commissioner Painter also recorded as yes. The minutes state the agreement is effective January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025; the County will implement wage changes through its Munis personnel system as directed in the motion.
