Treasurer reports no November expenditures; staff to revise industrial bond application

Treasurer Carey Carlisle told the EDA there were no expenditures in November and described ongoing administrative work ahead of the new year.
Carlisle said she and recording secretary Beth Harper are continuing QuickBooks training. She and Chairman Trey Hayden will meet with staff in January to work on revising the Industrial Bond application. Secretary Brandon Turner and Mrs. Harper are researching industrial bond application materials from other localities to inform potential revisions.
Turner also informed members that annual nondisclosure forms for EDA members will need to be completed in January and that staff will send instructions after January 1.
