Judge-Executive William Dakota Young called the Sept. 24, 2024 meeting to order, led the pledge to the American flag, and Magistrate Brent Stallins led the opening prayer. Clerk Jennifer Hale conducted roll call and recorded present officials including the judge and four magistrates.
Magistrate Brent Stallins moved to approve the day's agenda with a second from Magistrate Jeff Simms; the court approved the agenda unanimously. Magistrate Jeff Simms subsequently moved to approve the minutes of the Sept. 10, 2024 regular meeting with a second from Magistrate Brent Stallins; that motion also passed unanimously. Clerk Jennifer Hale announced paperwork and requests for the next meeting should be submitted to the judge's office by Oct. 4, 2024. Magistrate Jeff Simms moved to adjourn with a second by Brent Stallins and the meeting was adjourned.
