Caldwell County approves four appointments to County Ethics Commission

At the Sept. 5 special meeting, Judge-Executive William Dakota Young submitted four executive orders appointing members to the Caldwell County Ethics Commission. The orders named Megan Hudson (term to expire Dec. 31, 2024), Paulette Gray (term to expire Dec. 31, 2025), Rob Cotton (term to expire Dec. 31, 2026) and Earl Fraliex (term to expire Dec. 31, 2027).
Magistrate Jeff Boone moved to approve all four appointments, and Magistrate Brent Stallins seconded; the minutes record the vote as "yes, unanimous" and the motion passed. The executive orders appear in the meeting record as Executive Order 09-05-2024-01 through -04.
