In the first recorded motion Magistrate Brent Stallins moved to authorize payment of bills with Magistrate Jeff Simms seconding; that motion passed unanimously. Later in the transcript a similar motion to authorize payment of bills was made by Magistrate Jeff Simms and seconded by Brent Stallins, and that motion also passed unanimously.
