Acting Chair Jeff Larsen called the Huntsville Town Planning Commission to order on Feb. 27, 2025. The commission first approved amended minutes for the Dec. 12, 2024 meeting after Commissioner Liz Poulter requested a few changes; Poulter moved to approve and Commissioner Steve Songer seconded. The motion passed with all votes recorded as Aye.
The meeting proceeded with routine agenda items, including the land-use permit approval for Sage Lot 14 (357 S. 7900 E., Parcel #211770014). After the public-comment period produced no speakers, Commissioner Steve Songer moved to adjourn, Commissioner Suzanne Ferre seconded, and the commission adjourned at 7:17 p.m. Shannon Smith signed the minutes as town clerk. Recorded motions and votes at the meeting were unanimous on the items brought forward.
