Fiscal Court approves consent agenda including Microsoft 365 licensing, parking-garage payments and camera upgrades

County Administrator Joe Shriver told the Court that pay applications 28 and 29 to Dugan and Meyers for the Government Center parking garage had been reviewed and deemed appropriate. "These have been reviewed and deemed appropriate," Shriver said before commissioners approved the payments by voice vote.
The consent agenda included several technology and facilities items: an award to Eagle Eye Security for camera upgrades at 1840 Simon Kenton Way, Microsoft 365 licensing through the State NASPO contract for Technology Services, and a request to continue the detention medical contract with 3C under a modified cost method. Treasurer Kurt Greivenkamp explained the budget implications of switching Office 365 vendors and said the new contract requires an upfront payment that was accounted for in the budget adjustments the Court approved.
