Commissioners urged to prepare Neighborhood Revitalization plan after HB 2470 passage

Morgan also reported that the Pratt Area Economic Development Corporation's (PAEDC) housing incentive grant application opening is delayed pending implementation of the Neighborhood Revitalization bill. Commissioners expressed appreciation for the legislative work and directed staff to start planning for implementation steps and intergovernmental coordination.
