Don Trail reported a failed first-floor heating loop at 500 Circle Drive that he estimated would cost approximately $10,000 to repair; he also said a third-floor loop failed earlier and was turned off. Trail noted the building maintenance budget is available to cover repairs.
Trail reviewed bids and costs for retrofitting lighting at Silver Beach, stating there is currently no lighting and that ARPA funds could be used for a retrofit. Chairman Curran asked Trail to coordinate the fix with Adams and Interim Administrator Mike Sepic and to email the committee with the decision. The minutes record these operational maintenance issues and the committee’s expectation of follow-up.
