Board agrees to rebate to cover Conservation District desks, contingent on lease

A county official summarized the arrangement: “So once the lease is signed, we will agree to rebate the conservation district $1,800 in next year's rent to offset the cost of purchasing new desks, but the desks will remain the property of the county.” The motion passed with board approval; staff will prepare a boilerplate lease and follow up to finalize reimbursement arrangements.
Board members agreed reimbursement will be processed as a rent offset next fiscal year and that the county will own the desks for future use, pending lease terms.
