After discussion, Alderman Curt Buerck moved and Alderman Clint Rice seconded a motion to enter into a contract and mortgage with the U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA) related to the Airframe and Powerplant Workforce Facility (Hangars 4 and 7) under PWEDA Award No. ED26DEN0G0017; the motion carried. Resolution No. 2026-39 authorizes the mayor to execute the contract and mortgage and directs the city clerk to attest the mayor’s signature. The board recorded a vote of 5 ayes, 0 nays, 0 abstentions, 1 absent.
