The Huntsville Town Council approved a parcel consolidation request on Dec. 5 that combines three contiguous Booth parcels (parcel numbers listed in Attachment #6) into a single parcel. The Planning Commission had reviewed the request on Nov. 21 and recommended approval. The applicant submitted a signed consolidation application and the required drawings and deeds.
Council members said the consolidation will allow the applicant to avoid an additional culinary water connection and associated fees. The council approved the consolidation by motion and recorded the action in the minutes; staff will record the deeds with the County Recorder's Office in accordance with the Town’s standard process.
