The board also approved sewage-enforcement responsibilities to monitor percolation tests, review designs, issue permits, investigate malfunctions and review planning modules; complaint or out-of-permit-site visits will be billed at $145 per hour with a one-hour minimum. The board voted unanimously to approve both the fee schedule and the sewage-enforcement arrangement; the fees will be effective Jan. 1, 2025.
