Salem Planning Commission schedules SALDO public meeting Nov. 19; minutes approved

The Commission approved Oct. 2 minutes by unanimous recorded vote of the two members present, and announced a Special Meeting for public comment on proposed SALDO amendments Nov. 19, 2024, at 6 p.m. at the Congruity Presbyterian Church, with a regular meeting tentatively set for Dec. 4 if there is an agenda.
At the start of the Nov. 6 meeting, the Planning Commission approved the minutes from its Oct. 2, 2024 meeting by motion of Paul Holleran, seconded by Chair Connie Mattei; both voted in favor. Secretary Kelly Otto recorded the action.
The commission announced a Special Meeting to take public comment and make recommendations on proposed amendments to the Township's Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance (SALDO) on Nov. 19, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the Congruity Presbyterian Church, 136 Fenneltown Rd, New Alexandria. The commission also set a regular meeting for Dec. 4, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. if an agenda is posted. The meeting adjourned at 7:42 p.m.
