MMPC approves agenda, prior minutes and vouchers; schedules April meeting

Member Terry Link moved to approve the meeting agenda and Member Gerrit Bancroft supported the motion; the committee carried the approval. Member Katie Fournier moved to approve the Dec. 9, 2025 meeting minutes; Member Bancroft supported and the motion carried. Member Link moved and Member Bancroft supported approval of per diem and mileage vouchers as presented; motion carried.
No members of the public provided comment during the public-comment portion of the meeting. Department of Waste Management Coordinator Kate Neese reminded the committee that the next meeting is scheduled for April 14, 2026, at 5:45 p.m. The meeting adjourned at 6:53 p.m. after Member Link moved to adjourn and Member Carolyn Brokob seconded the motion.
