Resident Ed Rebitch asked supervisors to seek support from Delmont Borough to keep manholes below grade (the original plan) because surface-level manholes interfere with equipment use. He also questioned the legality of Delmont converting a municipal line to a private lateral; the Board said the matter involves interjurisdictional coordination with Delmont and FTMSA and will be tracked through the Planning/Intergovernmental process.
