County to pay $9,057.50 share of $18,115 playground change order at Millennium Park

Barton also reported separately on a joint baseball‑field project that finished under estimate, and he updated the court that pre‑site work for the skate park will begin in June with construction teams on site July 1. The court approved the $18,115 change order as presented and noted an invoice had already been received.
Judge Executive Trillie L. Bottom asked staff to include invoicing language in the motion and the court adopted that addition before approving the change order by voice vote.
