PCM Suzanne Ferre moved to approve the permit and PCM Liz Poulter seconded; the three commissioners present voted aye.
Commissioners asked the applicant to provide a coverage calculation for the lot for the record and raised a question about how accessory structures connect to the primary dwelling under the Town’s revised building rules. Town staff noted the R-1 zone permits only one single-family dwelling per lot and reminded the applicant that any subsequent plan changes must return to the Commission. The Town clerk will keep the coverage calculation on file with the approved Land Use Permit.
