RPC finance update: ICERT and workforce-development balances improving after July check

Finance staff presented consolidated financial reports for April and May and described timing-related deficits that are improving. "ICERT is at 1,000,000, and I went and tried to figure out what our June balance would be... June for ICERT was at 1,200,000. I talked to our fiscal specialist and we did receive a check for 648,000 in July so that pretty much will bring that in 0.5," Mister Springfield reported, noting a July deposit that improves the ICERT position.
Staff also said workforce-development balances were $822,000 with June around $563,000, closer to typical monthly levels. Commissioners moved, seconded and approved the consolidated financial reports by voice vote; the chair announced the motion carried.
