The motion to approve Certificate of Appropriateness #CA-26-024 was made by David Craycraft and seconded by Pete Lynch; the vote carried 6–0 with Commissioner Carol DelGrosso abstaining. The commission noted the proposed finish will match the existing garage and allowed the option of either asphalt shingles to match the house or a standing-seam roof; staff will verify final material selections during follow-up review.
